1. No Academic Misconduct or Prohibited Use

You agree that you will not use MyFastEdu’s website, services, materials, or communications to:

· Cheat on any exam or assessment.

· Impersonate another person.

· Violate any exam provider, university, certification body, licensing board, or proctoring platform rule.

· Bypass, disable, or interfere with proctoring software, security, monitoring, or identity verification.

· Upload, share, or distribute exam content in violation of any law or agreement.

· Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or unlawful activity.

· Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable exam rules, academic integrity policies, and laws. MyFastEdu does not authorize or condone any violation of exam integrity rules. Fees for services are communicated directly through the MyFastEdu website or a separate written agreement. No pricing is displayed on the website. You agree to pay all applicable fees. Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, payments are non-refundable once services, materials, or access have been provided. Refunds are granted or denied at our discretion and only where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

1. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee any exam result, score, certification, license, admission, job, promotion, salary increase, or career outcome. Any statistics, testimonials, or success stories are illustrative and not promises of future results. Any guarantee must be stated in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of MyFastEdu. If there is a conflict between marketing language and a separate written agreement, the written agreement controls.

1. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, question databases, rationales, text, graphics, logos, designs, and software on our website or provided through our services are owned by or licensed to MyFastEdu and are protected by intellectual property laws.
